How do I return an item?
For change-of-mind returns, log into your account at account.hikeware.co.uk and start your return from your order history. If your item is faulty or damaged, email info@hikeware.co.uk with your order number and photos instead.
What's your returns window and conditions?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached, and must be received back with us within that 30-day window. You arrange and pay return postage — please enclose a note with your name and order number.
My item is faulty or damaged — what do I do?
Skip the returns portal. Email info@hikeware.co.uk with your order number and a couple of photos showing the issue. You don't need the item to be unused or in original packaging, and we'll cover return postage where a return's needed.
How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
Standard delivery is free over £60 (otherwise £2.99), arriving in 2–4 business days. Express delivery is £6.49, arriving in 1–2 business days. All orders dispatch within 24 hours. UK only for now.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking email once your order dispatches — allow up to 24 hours for it to update. Contact info@hikeware.co.uk with your order number if anything looks off.
How do I raise a complaint?
Email info@hikeware.co.uk, or write to us at Hike Ware Ltd, Brookfield Court, Selby Road, Garforth, Leeds LS25 1NB, with your name, contact details, order number, and a clear description of the issue. We'll acknowledge within 5 working days and aim to resolve within 14 working days.
