SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At HikeWare, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and most customers receive their delivery within just 2 days.


Delivery Options & Costs

🚚 Standard Delivery — Free over £40, otherwise £2.99
Delivered in 2–4 business days

 Express Delivery — £6.49
Delivered in 1–2 business days

We currently ship within the UK only.


Order Processing

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order, excluding weekends and bank holidays. During busy periods there may be slight delays beyond our control — we'll always keep you updated.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update. If you have any concerns, contact us at info@hikeware.co.uk with your name and order number and we'll look into it straight away.


Multiple Packages

Some orders — particularly clothing — may be fulfilled from different distribution centres and arrive in separate packages. Don't worry if one arrives before the other.


Lost or Stolen Packages

HikeWare is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If this happens, please contact your delivery provider directly in the first instance.


Returns

We offer a 30-day hassle-free returns policy. If you're not completely satisfied, return your item in its original unused condition for a full refund or exchange. We respond to all emails within 24 hours — to start a return, email us at info@hikeware.co.uk with your order number and reason for return, or message us directly on WhatsApp.
