Our team comprises of passionate outdoor enthusiasts who are committed to providing the best hiking gear to fellow adventurers at competitive prices. We offer an extensive collection of products that are carefully selected to cater to hikers of all levels.
We currently offer only a small range of products as each and every one is tried and tested by ourselves and product testers before being added to the range with new products added frequently.
5% of all sales are donated to the British Heart Foundation/The British Heart Foundation via Work For Good and as time goes on we look to increase this as well as host or support charity walks and events.
Location:
HikeWare's operations are limited to the UK, and we do not offer international shipping at the moment. Therefore, it is important for potential affiliates to note that our affiliate program is open to individuals located exclusively in the UK. We kindly request that affiliates focus their promotional efforts and share their affiliate links and coupons with audiences residing in the UK only.
Payment Terms:
All affiliate payments are currently made via PayPal but we are looking to add other options soon.

At HikeWare we are big believers of giving back both to our community and those who chose to work with us. As well as the base rate of 10% of sales generated, we will be paying additional bonus payments to our affiliates on a 6 monthly basis which is calculated based on individual performance and can be as much as another 10% on top of your total sales so far.
Requirements:
Joining our affiliate program is easy and flexible. We have no specific requirements, except that you have your own website, social media platform, blog, or similar online presence with a following within our target market audience. Each application will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure a tailored approach.

Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility: Affiliates must meet certain eligibility criteria to participate in our affiliate program. This includes having a relevant website, blog, or social media presence related to outdoor activities, hiking, or similar topics.
Compliance with Policies: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines when promoting HikeWare. This includes adhering to ethical marketing practices and not engaging in any deceptive, misleading, or spammy promotion methods.
Promotion Restrictions: Affiliates may promote HikeWare through their approved affiliate link or designated coupon codes (when available). However, affiliates are prohibited from bidding on our brand name or trademarks for paid search advertising without prior written consent.
Commission Structure: Our commission structure is outlined in the affiliate programme details above. Affiliates will receive a specific percentage commission on qualified sales generated through their affiliate link or coupon codes.
Payment Terms: Affiliate payments will be made on a regular basis (e.g., monthly).
Termination: Both HikeWare and affiliates reserve the right to terminate the affiliate partnership at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Violation of the terms and conditions may result in immediate termination of the affiliate agreement.
Modifications: HikeWare reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and are responsible for reviewing and complying with the updated terms.
Marketing Materials: HikeWare strictly prohibits the usage of the HikeWare logo or product images outside of the marketing materials available on the affiliate portal. If you have any specific requests or ideas for designing or using graphics, please make sure to consult with us beforehand. Affiliates should clearly disclose their relationship with your company when promoting our products or services.
